SECTION 12 – RETURNS

The rights of cancellation set out below apply to any products purchased trough our online E-Commerce Platform, except for Pre-Release Ordered Game / Software and any other time sensitive products which value decreases after purchase date.

• You have a right to return a product at any time before the expiry of a period of 14 days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods.
• You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways:
• by a notice in writing which you leave at our address (given above);
• by a notice in writing which you send by post to our address (given above);
• by electronic mail to our electronic mail address (given above);
• and the notice shall operate to cancel the agreement between us.
• If you cancel the purchase:
• you must return the goods to us at the address (GamesPlus, 59, Triq Santa Margerita, San Gwann.);
• or (GamesPlus, 91, Triq Id-Dejma, Tarxien.);
• the goods must be returned to us complete, in original sealed packaging, un-opened, and un-used, including original receipt.
• you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us at the address given above;
• you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods (including packaging, manuals etc) until they are returned to us ;
• you are under a duty to take reasonable care to see that they are received by us and not damaged in transit;
• we will charge you the direct costs to us of recovering any goods supplied by us if you fail to return the goods to us.
• Refund will be given in the form of “Store Credit” or Replacement with any other product of same value, “Store Credit” can be used both physically at our premises when doing a purchase through our Online E-Commerce Platform, Amount will be full amount of product excluding any amount paid for Delivery which amount cannot be refunded and minis a 10% re-stocking fee of the total amount (Excluding Delivery).

In no case shall GamesPlus, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. SECTION 21 – WARRANTY

Electronic items have a 24 month warranty starting from date of purchase unless specified otherwise. Without copy of fiscal receipt the warranty is null.
